Hey all, a few days I posted about starting the Queen B Tea Routine for an overall healthier lifestyle. I figure I start at the beginning of the week because we all like to start fresh each week, right? So here I go!

Directions: Steep 1 teabag in a cup with 200ml of boiling water for up to 8 minutes. You may use a strainer or infuser, or you may consume the loose tealeaves. Recommend 1 cup each night befoer bed, (effects occur 12 hours after drinking tea).
Ingredients: Cassia angustifolia dry leaf, crataegus pinnatifida fruit, alisma orientale tuber, plantago asiatica seed, nelumbium speciosum leaf, Hordeum vulgare fruit*, citrus aurantifolia fruit and cassia tora seed. *contains gluten.
I can tell you I was surprised when the directions said to steep up to 8 minutes. I purchased this tea a few years ago and it was so potent, that the directions stated to steep up to one minute. My guess is that they changed the ingrediants or the potentcy for their customers. To me, it smells the same but the taste is not as strong (from what I remember). I steeped the tea bag on top of a strainer for about five minutes. We shall see how these next two weeks go!
