Product empties for June. Let’s review and see if I will use these again.
Green Light = Yes purchase again
Yellow Light = Maybe under certain circumstances
Red Light = Nope, not for me
Skincare
Goodal Trans Foam Cleansing Oil: A gel-like consistency. Not oil. It cleaned my skin from makeup really well. Green Light
Benton Aloe BHA Skin Toner: I first started using this product by patting it on my skin. But then I found that I like it best wiping it with a cotton pad. Yellow Light
Tony Moly Goat milk Moisture Toner: I loved how this toner helped to moisturize my skin, almost like an emulsion but thinner. Green Light
Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Framboos Glycolic Night Serum: Almost sticky gel to help exfoliate your skin. I couldn’t use it regularly to make a difference in my skin. Red Light
Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe Herbs and Rosewater: I loved the smell of this. It was perfect for daily use. Green Light
Caudalie Vinoperfect Moisturizer and Radiance Serum: Got this for free from Sephora as a birthday gift. It worked nicely and didn’t give me any bad skin. Yellow Light
Erborian Bamboo Eye: This was promising, a matte moisturizer for your eye area. It didn’t work for me. I was super dry and had to layer it with another moisturizer before I gave up on it. Red Light
Skincare continued
Seacret Clarifying Mud Mask: This is a gentle mud mask that doesn’t dry all crusty. Yellow Light
Lush The Sacred Truth: Oh yes, I love this mask. I love most of the fresh masks from Lush. Green Light
Boscia Luminizing Black Mask: A black peel-off mask to help pull out impurities. Doesn’t work well at all! It will take a while to dry and doesn’t pull out half of my impurities. Red Light
Tatcha Luminous Deep Hydration and Firming Serum and Cream: I recently purchased the Tatcha set from TJ Maxx for a crazy discount. I needed to try it asap before it expired. So, I love it. It is so gentle but helped to keep my skin clear of blemishes. Green Light
The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Cleansing Wipes: Love! Green Light
These sheet masks I reacted to and got a pimply rash on my face if I kept it on longer than 5 minutes. Red Light
Bath & Bodyworks Aromatherapy Eucalyptus Spearmint Body and Shine Conditioner and Body Wash Foam Bath: The conditioner gave me the best smelling hair that lingers. But it didn’t condition it so well. The body wash smells the same but I love that it is a gel formula. Red Light for the conditioner & Green Light for the body wash
Bath & Bodyworks Japanese Cherry Blossom Golden Sugar Scrub: Bought this on sale and chose this scent because I like the lotion version of this. Found out that I don’t favor the scent as a sugar scrub. Yellow Light
Destiny Boutique Charcoal Facial Detox: I tried this as a face wash but found that it was too slippery. I ended up using this up as a body wash. My body scrub ended up turning black but whatever! I didn’t want to wait. Yellow Light
H2o Plus Spa Sugar Scrub: I love this stuff. I usually only find it at Ross. Green Light
Toms deodorant: This is the only natural deoderant I have quick access to. I have used natural deoderant (or aluminum free) for almost five years. I chose to change my deoderant because I was having issues with sweating and irratation. Ever since I have changed, I have less sweat and less irratation. Green Light
Victoria’s Secret Scandalous Fragrance Wash and Lotion: I got this as a part of a gift set. don’t like these but I do like the scent. Red Light
Nature Republic Aqua Cream: This was supposed to be good for oily skin. I just couldn’t continue using this because it was too fregrant and super sticky. Red Light
Maybelline Dream Cushion: This worked out nicely for me. BUT! You get half of the product for an expensive price (for drugstore). One more issue I have with this is the fact that you have to keep opening the product with the sponge. I felt like it turned bad because of exposure to the air and bacteria. Red Light
Maybelline FIt Me Foundation Stick: I used this as a contour stick but found that it was blending away and not showing up to make a difference in my look. Red Light
Colourpop Ultra Matte Lip: Love this product, but this one just got bad and expired. Green Light
I finally went through my nail polish and moved it from storage. I swatced everything and found that these are not my favorite colors or have gone bad and just don’t work.
Thanks for checking out my post!
